- The first instalment is due no later than 30 days after date of dispatch of the notice, i.e. March 15, 2012.
- The remaining three (3) instalments are for fixed dates, i.e. May 15th, July 15th and September 15th each year.
- No reminders will be sent.

PROCEDURE TO ADD THE MUNICIPALITY TO YOUR SUPPLIERS :
Search *ADOLPHE* and choose the municipality. Next, enter your registration number (using only the digits following 77065). Please note your registration number begins with the number 3 or 4. If you have several accounts, each account has to be entered individually.
MAIL FOR THE MUNICIPALITY:
The municipality has placed a letterbox at your disposal at the entrance to the Town Hall where you may put your mail outside office hours.
